"I’ve never narrated anything in my life before but after I created the
music and footage for this it felt like a poem was the only way to truly
convey how I felt. ⠀
⠀
My mum works for the NHS and has done so for as long as I can remember. I
made this for her, every person who has lost a loved one and every
hero who has stood fearlessly on the front line during these treacherous
times."⠀⠀

Stream Storm here: https://kiesza.lnk.to/storm Since the release of her 2014 chart topping smash ‘Hideaway’ and 1 million + selling debut album, Sound Of A Woman (which
saw her top charts globally), Kiesza was forced to take a two year
hiatus after a life-changing car crash and head trauma rendered her
incapable of writing/recording music, performing live and potentially
ever walking again. Having essentially self-isolated
for many months following the traumatic crash, Kiesza survived and
emerged stronger than ever, after being both housebound and bedbound, with no idea of when she might recover. This experience has given her
a unique perspective into living in isolation and uncertainty, which many of her fans are now having to do across the globe.
Storm is a global music video collaboration between Kiesza and the team at Winters Rock Entertainment, who gathered drone footage from over 100 cinematographers around the world to create an international image of the COVID-19 lockdown.

Volcano Calbuco erupted on April 22, 2015, Exactly 5 years ago from the date of upload of this video.
I went through an extensive remastering process to bring you this footage in new sharpness and detail. Also some unusable scenes from before could be rescued and extended this cut.
Original Video Description:
Located close to the cities of Puerto Varas and Puerto Montt in southern Chile. We (Jonas Dengler and Martin Heck) spend the prior couple of days on the neighboring volcano Osorno (~20km linear distance) shooting timelapses. After an amazing night under the nightsky we took the cable car downwards after a delay caused by repairs. Already late we headed south to catch the ferry on Routa 7 down to Patagonia. After 10min on the ferry we noticed a massive, almost nuclear looking cloud boiling upwards just were we left a few hours ago. Frenetically looking for a good outlook we then rushed to the only non-forested place to get a decent view of the show. We quickly put every bit of camera-equipment we could find on the constantly growing mushroom-cloud. We shot timelapses in 8K and 4K with a Pentax 645Z and Canon 6D. On the A7s we shot 4K video to the Shogun using Kingston HyperX SSDs. We filled almost all of our memory cards in the prior night so I had to do backups while shooting all this stuff.
This was for sure the most incredible show I've ever seen. I think this is a one in a lifetime event and I am so happy that we were able to capture it in all its glory.
We will also release a timelapse video of our 6 weeks trip to Patagonia soon.

In the year 2000, a young SOFLES started painting graffiti in his
hometown of Brisbane, Australia. Through putting in hours upon hours of
work, on walls, trains, and his blackbook inside the garige (garage), he
quickly rose to global prominence as a graffiti writer, illustrator,
and muralist. Being versatile in his style and approach, and one of the
fastest painters I’ve ever seen, has helped with producing a huge volume
of work.
SOFLES ‘Compendium’ is a culmination of his twenty years as an artist
and the first major study of his work. Produced by Juddy Roller, and
hosted at the Benalla Art Gallery in regional Victoria, the exhibition
reveals never before seen photographs and footage from the archives, a
sculpture installation built by Drapl, sketchbooks on display, and
brand-new canvas, and site-specific, paintings.
Reflecting on two decades as an artist, SOFLES shares his gratitude:
“It’s been a long and arduous journey, and really fun. I’ve got to meet
some amazing people along the way, and it’s opened the world up to me,
giving me the opportunity to visit a lot of places around the world.”
What’s next?
“Adding some more arsenal to the repertoire. Learning new techniques,
developing my portraits. Just moving forward and trying to constantly
evolve it.”
