Toronto & Montreal edition!
Hey frens - I decided to shoot a bit more for round II of my trips - a little less rave and a lot more art / travel adventures. Song is the Cinematic Mix of my It's a Fine Day Remix :)
My last video was in Edmonton and Vancouver... but for this leg my wife came with me for a show in Toronto and then a 2-day visit to Montreal. This was my first time in either city and wow I was really impressed.
I really loved a lot of Toronto but spent a good amount of time on Queens, Dundas, and Ossington (Ossington was a favorite!). We also got to the shore, see the gulls as well as the Ontario Art Museum featuring and exhibit by Wolfgang Tillmans.
In Montreal we visited Old Montreal and stopped in at SSense, a few corner bakeries, I practiced saying "I'm sorry, I don't speak French" in french, visited old port and then walked though much of Mile End, Plateau, used the subway and explored much of downtown. We really loved the mix of older french contrasting the newer modern architecture there.
