LOREEN MAKES HISTORY AS FIRST WOMAN EVER TO WIN EUROVISION SONG
CONTEST TWICE
Loreen is officially the winner of the 2023 Eurovision Song Contest—as
voted by both jury & public! The rising international singer, artist, and force of nature asserted herself as an
audience favorite from the jump. She left the crowd in awe with successive performances of her rising global
smash “Tattoo.” At the same time, fans applauded worldwide. With this victory, she has officially emerged as
“the first woman—and only second person ever—to win the Eurovision Song Contest” twice.
Receiving the news of her win, she excitedly expressed her gratitude and performed “Tattoo” for the last
time on the Eurovision stage. The crowd responded with a standing ovation!
“Tattoo” just vaulted back onto the Global Spotify Charts at #69, besting its previous high at #189.
Meanwhile, she has earned widespread tastemaker acclaim. In addition praise from Telegraph UK, BBC, and
more, Rolling Stone hailed it as “another undeniable banger” and professed it has continued “once again
propelling her toward pop perfection.” VICE raved, “The arm-heavy choreography, the radio mic, the soaring
chorus – call it a cultural reset or whatever, but it sticks in the mind.”
Thus far, it has exploded to the tune of 56 million Spotify streams and counting in addition to catapulting to
#1 on the Sweden Top 50 Spotify Daily Chart and gracing the Top 50 of Daily Charts across Norway, Estonia,
Lithuania, Finland, and Iceland (where it reached #8). “Tattoo” also received acclaim from Billboard who
touted the track among “Top 10 Cool New Pop Songs to Get You Through the Week” and noted, “‘Tattoo’
represents the cinematic, string-supported dance-pop sound that has historically struggled to connect with
