London - UK, 31st March 2023 – British hiphop artist Piers James steps into his ascendancy with new single 'BOOP' via seminal rap imprint Payday Records today.
Continuing to deliver with an eclectic mix of classic hiphop and commercial rap, 'BOOP' is a sonically charged playful track, laced with the storytelling and genre breaking flips Piers has become known for.
With Piers picked to perform at Radio 1 Big Weekend this summer, he maintains his skyward trajectory demonstrating why GQ dubbed him 'Britain's hottest up and coming hip hop star' and Hypebeast declared 'he is pioneering the UK's new-wave nostalgia scene.'
Giving an insight into the track Piers says; 'BOOP is about stepping into your power and knowing your worth.
