Magnetude signed off a productive 2018 with the stunning ‘Before The Dawn.’ The track, featuring Julia Marks on vocals, showcased the pair’s ability to craft a song as well as their recognised dancefloor bangers. The release even found its way onto TV; sound-tracking the FA Cup football highlights on the BBC.

While we wait for further fresh material from the Anglo-Russian duo, February 19th sees ‘Before The Dawn’ given the remix treatment by Shogun Audio’s GLXY, who flip it into a more liquid standard. Elements of the original are filtered, reverbed and layered over rolling drum patterns, while Marks’ vocal is given a haunting, ethereal texture. GLXY have put their unique style and vibe across in this remix, which takes the original into sleek new territory.
