"Behind Every Sound There is a Story" RE:VIVE

Global Nomads Productions presents "Behind Every Sound there is a Story" a quote by Gregory Markus; one of the founders of RE:VIVE. In collaboration with the SAE Institute, a Session was held in Amsterdam in May 2016. Sessions are held around the world where artists and archives work collaboratively to create new music solely using historic materials. 

A Sample pack with 56 archives of Amsterdam were presented to the students. and this specific composition is based on the raw sounds of the field recordings without adding any effects.
